Do you have great peer support skills? Have you got an interest in working as part of a team supporting LGBTQ+ people experiencing poor mental health?

We require 3 part time Peer Support Workers to deliver peer support for LGBTQIA+ people experiencing poor mental health.  And to work as part of the Mental Health Team to provide community-driven Mental Health support in Yorkshire.

Prime Objectives (for full list, as well as main tasks and duties please refer to the Job description)

  • To deliver peer support groups for LGBTQIA+ Communities.
  • To offer short-term one to one peer support to LGBTQIA+ people experiencing or at risk of poor mental health. 

This is a fixed term employment contract until 31st March 2028. Salary is reviewed annually. There is a 5% workplace pension (on completion of probationary period). This post is subject to a Standard DBS check.
