TLA Co-ordinator & Cover Teacher : Potential R&R depending on experience

The Opportunity: An opportunity has arisen for a talented teacher to manage and co-ordinate the TLA cover for Years 1 – 6 by managing HLTAs and other staff involved as well as providing cover yourself.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Teach across Y1 – Y6 as per the planned TLA cover.
- Prepare a weekly TLA timetable ensuring all involved are aware of where they are covering and teachers are aware of who is covering them.
- Check who is absent and adjust the timetable accordingly.
- Plan for own lessons and quality assure the lessons planned by HLTAs.
- Ensure safeguarding and personal development are pivotal to all you do.
