Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Grade: B1 – (Actual Salary £20,990 to £21,660)
Hours: 37 hours per week term time only plus 5 days

Role:
- You will contribute to our mission to deliver excellence in education, transformation in opportunities and build a school to be proud of for all our community.
- You will have experience of supporting young learners in an educational setting, along with an understanding of special educational needs and have the ability to identify potential barriers to learning, engaging in strategies to overcome these barriers. Within this role, there may be an aspect of personal care, so knowledge and experience of this is desired.

The trust currently employs over 500 members of staff and is responsible for educating and developing almost 4,000 students between the ages of 3 to 16.
