What will the role look like?

The service will provide support interventions that will support young people struggling to engage with their education and learning. The successful applicant will help deliver group work and one to one support in school or community settings. Managing a caseload and identify the best methods of intervention that will meet the individuals needs using restorative approaches.
The post holder will work closely with internal and external agencies within the area

What we are looking for? 

We are looking to recruit an experienced Targeted Youth Worker who will be working with young people aged 8-19 years across a variety of settings in West and East Leeds.

We particularly welcome applications from candidates who identify as male, due to this being an underrepresented group within the team
