Passionate about supporting people with their rehabilitation? Interested in a fantastic opportunity to make a difference? 

We are looking for a Support Worker to be involved in service delivery across West Yorkshire. Working as a case manager while delivering support and activities, you'll be joining a team of experienced support workers. The purpose is to enable and empower people on probation through their resettlement and rehabilitation journey. 

If you have: 

  • Good interpersonal skills, including effective communication and empathy,
  • Passion for providing high quality support services,
  • Strong emotional resilience with an ability to manage group activities,
  • Hold a full current UK driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
