SUPERVISORY ASSISTANT (A1)

10 hours per week (11.15am-1.15pm, Monday to Friday)
Required for: An immediate start, dependent on all checks being successfully received.
The Governors wish to appoint an energetic Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to be responsible individually, and as members of a team, during the school’s lunchtime break, for securing the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils, in accordance with the practices and procedures of the School and Trust.
Your duties will comprise of the supervision of children in the dining hall, playground and classrooms. During INSET days you will be required to attend training sessions for emergency first aid, bodily fluid management etc. in order to cater to the need of our pupils.
You will have good communication skills: and enjoy listening and talking to children; assisting children with their lunch; and engaging them in playground and indoor games, in a happy, community school.
