Superintendent (E7519) - Greenside Primary School

The headteacher and governors at Greenside Primary School wish to appoint a Superintendent who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, willing, flexible and who has a positive attitude. The successful candidate will be proactive, take pride in their work and the school, ensuring that the school site is well maintained and well presented at all times. 

The successful candidate will have the confidence to use a variety of tools and equipment as basic maintenance skills and the ability to carry out minor repairs, including painting, decorating and basic plumbing will be part of the daily routine. The ability to prioritise and manage own work load is essential. An awareness of Health and Safety systems and procedures along with knowledge of undertaking routine checks including fire, emergency lighting and site safety is also required. You will be required to be exceptionally organised and have high quality communication skills with the ability to deal with contractors, visitors, pupils and staff professionally.

The successful candidate will work all year round with the working times being negotiable and will be required to work flexibly to deliver an efficient service.
