Grade: B1 - B3 (Actual Salary £25,185 to £28,142)

Hours: 37 hours per week, full time, all year round

Accountable to: Site Manager

Role

Under the direction/instruction of the Business/Site Manager and/or appropriate senior staff, you will provide maintenance, security, and facilities management to the school site.

You will ensure the school site is maintained to a high standard and will work effectively alongside contractors and ensure work is carried out to the work specification and delivered within agreed time parameters.

You will support and deputise the Senior Superintendent as and when required and manage/supervise contractors as and when required on the school site, whilst working on your own initiative, unsupervised as part of the overall Estates Management team.

The trust currently employs over 500 members of staff and is responsible for educating and developing almost 4,000 students between the ages of 3 to 16. The Trust consists of three secondary schools - Leeds City Academy, Leeds East Academy and Leeds West Academy, and our primary school.
