Site Manager
Salary: Band 7 SCP 11-17 (Actual pay £25,979 - £28,770)
37 hours per week, All year round
Hours of work: 5 days per week / split shift / 6.30am to 10.45am & 2.45pm to 6pm
The option is available to rent the school bungalow and live on site.
The post is to start as soon as possible. To the right candidate we can offer some flexibility to the timings and hours.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Manager to join our team at Eldwick Primary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, cleanliness and maintenance of the school premises.
Eldwick Primary is a thriving 2.5 form primary school with nursery. The successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience of operational management, exceptional organisational, communication and management skills,
- Have the ability to work as part of a team and be diplomatic, pro-active, self-reliant, self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Be responsible for managing all site related issues including maintenance, repair and improvements in relation to the buildings (interior and exterior, furniture, fittings and the school grounds).
- Able to motivate and lead a small cleaning team
- Be willing to participate in appropriate training.
