Please Note: For the right candidate we could provide flexibility with working hours and days. We would be opened to accepting a candidate on 4 days a week or slightly reduced hours of 9:00am – 3:00pm). This would be open to discussion at interview.

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join the warm and welcoming team at Westwood Primary School as a School Administrator, starting June 2026. You will be joining an experienced office team who are committed to welcoming our school community and spreading the positivity in line with our school motto ‘If you believe you can do it, you can and you will!’

This position is ideal for someone who:

  • Is organised, efficient, and able to manage a range of administrative tasks with accuracy and care
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with children, colleagues, parents and visitors
  • Being part of a team in a busy office where work needs to be prioritised in a calm and friendly manner
  • Is wanting to be part of the school community and all that it involves

About You

We are looking for an Office Administrator who:

  • will provide secretarial and administrative support within school. Applicants will need to be excellent communicators, well organised, and conscientious.
  • has good word processing/ICT skills. Knowledge of SIMS would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Has a friendly, welcoming manner as well as accuracy and attention to detail, along with the ability to work as part of a team and also on own initiative.
  • Closing Date: 20th April

Interview: Thursday 23rd April

Start Date: June 2026
