Qualified Early Years Practitioners Level 3 & Level 2 Full time/Term Time only positions (E7943) - Ducklings at St. Margaret's

An exciting opportunity to join Ducklings at St. Margaret’s, a long-established setting in Horsforth Leeds.  We are looking for someone who is qualified to a level 3 in Early Years to join our wonderful team of people, someone who has a good knowledge of the EYFS, someone who is passionate in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and learn at their own pace and be treated as an individual.

5.6 weeks annual leave plus paid bank holidays, enrolment in our pension scheme and a free uniform is provided for all Ducklings staff.

ESSENTIAL requirements

  • Early Years Level 2 or 3 qualification or above.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Minimum grade 4 (C) or above in English.
  • Experience of working within a nursery or educational setting preferred.
  • Candidates must be able to carry out children's observations, assessments and planning to a very high standard and possess a good working knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • A good knowledge of behaviour management and SEN would also be a distinct advantage although not essential.

  • You must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained.
