Pupil Services Officer (E7461) - Ossett Academy

Ossett Academy & Sixth Form College are seeking to a Pupil Services Officer to be part of the wider, Pastoral, Behaviour and Inclusion Team. 

The successful candidate will support under the guidance of the designated senior leader on the delivery of all Standards for Success, ensuring these are maintained throughout the school day and act as the ‘Active Patrol’ when pupils are on site. The role will also support to the wider administration team as required.

The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate flexibility, excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all colleagues, parents and pupils alike. These roles represent a great opportunity within a friendly, positive and professional academic environment.

The successful candidate ideally will have a good understanding of pastoral procedures and behaviour management. They will be familiar with safeguarding processes and understand its importance in a diverse school environment.

The position is on a full-time basis working Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm, with a half an hour unpaid lunch break per day.
