We are looking for a part time Project Worker, on a fixed term contract until March 2028, to join the System Access Point, who will be the first point of contact for people needing support, helping them to navigate services and access the right help for their needs. Additionally, to support the delivery of our in-house telephone befriending service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain contact with service users throughout their journey.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with volunteers, stakeholders, and the wider Wellbeing Network.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a voluntary, health, or care setting.
  • Strong communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office proficiency).
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, and professional boundaries.
  • Passion for empowering people and supporting community wellbeing.

Desirable:

  • Experience in volunteer coordination.
  • Qualifications in health, social care, or training.
  • Local knowledge of the Bradford area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team and play a key role in improving wellbeing in the community. If you’re a compassionate and proactive individual looking to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Alongside a rewarding career, you’ll enjoy a benefits package designed to help you thrive:

  • Competitive salary that reflects your skills and contribution

  • A dedicated Learning & Development programme to help you grow and progress
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme offering confidential advice whenever you need it
  • Death‑in‑service benefit worth three times your salary for added peace of mind
  • Refer‑a‑friend bonus of £500 when you help us bring great people on board
  • Two hours of monthly wellbeing time to pause, connect, and reset with your team
  • A programme of mindfulness activities to boost focus on overall wellbeing
