An exciting opportunity to join our friendly and dedicated team for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to deliver projects for residents, businesses and visitors to Otley.

Reporting to the Executive Officer you will work 30-37 hours per week mainly Monday to Friday with some evening and weekend working. The Council operates a flexitime working system outside of core hours (10am to 4pm). 

You will take the lead on many of the projects that are sponsored by the Town Council.  Duties will also include the operational planning and delivery of Town Council-led Civic and Committee led events such as Remembrance Day and Christmas lights switch-on. Identifying and applying for funding opportunities along with responsibility for health and safety compliance across the council are also key responsibilities of this role.
