We are seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and proactive Premises Manager to be responsible for ensuring that the school building and grounds are maintained to their highest standard of safety, cleanliness and functionality.  You will lead a team of site staff, as well as managing external contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

You will:

  • Be responsible for long and short term planning, implementation and high-quality delivery in relation to facilities management, Health and Safety protocols and premises related aspects of the school and its local environment and all associated financial aspects.
  • Line manage the school site team.   
  • Take a leading / supportive role in connection with risk assessments for all aspects in the school.
  • Assist with the project management of any building related project work.
  • Ensure the school provides an environment that is safe, welcoming and clean for all.
  • Be a supportive, flexible team member who develops excellent relationships with colleagues, children and outside partners.
