Thank you for your interest in the post of Premises Manager. It’s an exciting time to join us on our journey to raise standards of education in the communities we serve. 

We are looking to employ a Premises Manager to be responsible for the management of the High School premises.  This will include managing and developing the site and cleaning teams, site maintenance and grounds to ensure safe, smooth and efficient school operations.  Managing school site issues as they arise, developing a premises and maintenance plan, and addressing all aspects of the Asset Management Plan to ensure that the premises are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of health and safety legislation and the curriculum.   Responsible for ensuring the school operates safely from a health and safety perspective, ensuring systems, practices, policies and procedures within school adhere to legal and statutory health and safety requirements.
