Actual Salary £9,469 – £10,271 Per Annum (15 Hours per week) 3pm – 6pm

Term Time Only - Permanent

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Play Leader for our newly formed After-School club.

The post holder’s principal role is to ensure the safety, general welfare and proper conduct of pupils during the After-School Club and manage the After-School Club team.

To ensure the supervision and safety of children throughout the duration of After-School club. To maintain the confidential nature of information relating to the school, it’s pupils, parents and carers. General responsibility for the care of all equipment and materials within the classroom/designated area of the school.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience of working with Primary age children
• The ability to lead, manage staff and evaluate
• The ability to relate to children and other adults
• An understanding of child development and learning processes
• The ability to use own initiative and take action accordingly
