We have an exciting opportunity to join the Bradford Perinatal Project team supporting pregnant women and families across community and hospital settings. As a Perinatal Project Administrator / Link Worker, you will help ensure families receive the right support at the right time. You will work closely with maternity services and local organisations offering seamless support, information, and signposting throughout the antenatal and postnatal period aiming to positively impact life chances and reduce health inequalities.
This unique role offers the opportunity to work alongside community and hospital-based midwifery teams and local agencies to support families and provide accurate data on these services. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to broaden their current field of experience, expand existing skill sets and capabilities and work closely with both statutory and voluntary sector organisations within the district.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised with strong administrative skills, an excellent communicator with a compassionate approach. Experienced in working with pregnant women, families, or in a health/community setting. confident using IT systems and managing data and able to work independently and as part of a team
