An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Parent Support Advisor. We are seeking a dedicated individual with the drive and ambition to work closely with our families, ensuring every child feels supported and ready to attend school every day.
This rewarding role focuses on building strong relationships with parents and carers to improve attendance and punctuality. Working alongside our excellent pastoral support team, you will identify and help remove the unique barriers families face, ensuring our children are well-prepared for their future.
Our last inspection highlighted our clear vision for student success, and we know that consistent attendance is the foundation of that achievement. For some of our families, getting to school on time isn't always easy. As a Parent Support Advisor, your encouragement and guidance will make a tangible difference, giving children the best possible start in life.
You will be joining a happy, motivated, and established team committed to supporting the whole family. If you are passionate about advocating for parents and helping children succeed, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for someone who:
- an enthusiastic, warm and caring individual who is able to develop strong relationships with families
- an ability to motivate parents in order to improve self-esteem, resilience and aspiration within the family
- an ability to offer support in attending multi-agency meetings, adult education, parenting support and signposting to different agencies
In return, we can offer:
- A chance to join a school where children are at the heart of all we do
- A dedicated and friendly staff team with supportive Governors
- Polite and happy children who enjoy coming to school
- A good school at our most recent OFSTED
- A school that actively values your work/life balance and wellbeing
- A school that values your training and personal development.
The closing date for all applications will be on Monday, 27th April 2026
Shortlisting will take place on Monday, 27th April 2026
Interviews will take place on Friday, 1st May 2026
Tours of the school are available. Please call the school and ask to speak to Lucy Procter.
