Job Title: Office Manager
Academy: Leeds City Academy
Grade: SO1 to SO2 – (£33,366 to £37,938 per annum, pro rata), depending on experience.
Hours: 37 hours per week, all year round. Term time only hours can also be considered
Accountable to: Operations Manager
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, development, and supervision of key administrative and organisational processes within the school office.
You will effectively and professionally provide a range of clerical duties including administrative and data input support and general office duties.
You will line manage the office team effectively, through regular line management and open communication, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages feedback and professional growth.
You will also update and manage the Single Central Record for third party visitors in line with safeguarding requirements.
