We are seeking to appoint:
Motivational Coach/Key Worker
14 hours per week
Full Time Salary: £27,500 Actual Salary: £11,000
Funded Initially Until 31 March 2026
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Motivational Coach to work with 18 – 25-year-old economically inactive individuals to address work and health barriers and improve outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Motivate individuals to help them achieve their full potential by providing guidance, encouragement and support.
- Support participants to discover their strengths, identify their weaknesses and develop a positive mindset.
- Use initiative to provide appropriate focused activities/trips/visits to encourage social interaction.
- Work independently and as part of a team working alongside other Community Learning Partnerships’ projects.
The successful candidate will benefit from:
