Join Our Team as a Mental Health Support Co-ordinator!

Do you enjoy empowering people to improve their mental health and wellbeing through person-centred support and community connection?

As a Mental Health Support Coordinator, you’ll be part of the Live Well Leeds partnership, supporting adults across the city to build on their strengths, improve their wellbeing, and live more independently. You’ll manage a caseload, deliver 1:1 and group support, and work closely with partner organisations to ensure individuals receive the right help at the right time. From assessments to structured wellbeing activities, you’ll play a vital role in promoting recovery and inclusion for those facing mental health challenges. 

Who we’re looking for:

Someone with experience supporting people with mental health difficulties to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal, risk assessment, and support planning skills.
• A flexible and organised team player who can balance caseloads, group work, and admin effectively.
• A full UK driving licence holder with access to a vehicle for work purposes
