Do you enjoy working with children and creating a safe, happy, and structured environment? Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can support children’s wellbeing, play, and lunchtime routines?
Stanningley Primary School is looking for a caring and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable lunchtime experience for all pupils.
The Role
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will:
✔️ Support children while they eat their lunch, encouraging good table manners and healthy eating.
✔️ Supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and across school premises.
✔️ Encourage safe and fun play, leading playground games and activities.
✔️ Maintain a positive and calm environment, supporting school behaviour policies.
✔️ Monitor and ensure children’s safety, reporting any incidents to senior staff.
✔️ Respond to first aid needs, supporting minor injuries (first aid training provided).
✔️ Work as part of a team to ensure lunchtimes run smoothly and safely.
