Woodlesford Primary School is looking for 2 Lunchtime Play Team Members to join our friendly, supportive and energetic team.
This is a wonderful opportunity to help shape positive play experiences for our children, working within the OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) principles, which recognise the importance of high-quality play for children’s wellbeing, learning and development.
About the Role:
As a Lunchtime Play Leader, you will:
- Support, inspire and extend children’s play and social interactions during lunchtime.
- Encourage inclusive, creative and adventurous play.
- Help create a happy, safe and stimulating play environment.
- Work positively with children, staff and the wider school community.
- Bring your own ideas, enthusiasm and initiative to enrich play opportunities.

- Enjoys working with children and understands the value of play.
- Values and understands the importance of teamwork, enjoys working as part of a team, and has strong cooperation, communication and imaginative skills.
