About the Role
We are seeking a KS1 and KS2 teacher who will:
- Embrace and contribute to our relational culture, building positive, respectful relationships with children, staff, and families.
- Lead the development of a culture of enthusiasm for reading and writing, helping children discover the joy and power of literacy.
- Champion and integrate our Opal outdoor play provision, nurturing children’s love of learning through play and exploration.
- Deliver engaging, well-paced lessons that meet the needs of our diverse learners, including those with special educational needs and English as an additional language.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve teaching and learning, contributing to our ambitious school improvement priorities.
- Inspire children to be curious about the world and courageous in their learning journey.
