Community Learning Partnerships is a highly recognised, successful Leeds based charity with 35 years of experience working in deprived areas of the city to provide opportunities and support for children, young people and adults to access education, employment, training and volunteering.
We are seeking to appoint:
Key Worker and Employer Liaison
21 hours per week
Full Time Salary: £27,500 - Actual Salary: £16,500
Funded Initially Until 31 March 2026
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Key Worker and Employer Liaison to deliver support to unemployed and economically inactive adults including those experiencing health, social and economic barriers to entering the workforce.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Skilled in recognising and addressing barriers to work and have experience in this area of work.
- Able to engage participants, unlock barriers and support a move towards employment, training or education.
- Able to build relationships with employers and identify suitable employment opportunities for individuals.
- Work independently and as part of a team working alongside other Community Learning Partnerships’ projects.
The successful candidate will benefit from:
