We are seeking to recruit a dynamic Key Stage Manager to work as part of our pastoral team to secure truly exceptional behaviour and wellbeing for students at Guiseley School. The successful candidate will have an ability to line manager a member of our pastoral team, overseeing the day-to-day performance and the meeting of operational demands of a set Key Stage.

The successful candidate will be one of two Key Stage Managers, a team of Year Managers and will work under the leadership of a Pastoral Leader and Assistant Pastoral Leader.
Salary scales for Guiseley School are part of Leeds City Council’s NJC PayScales. Salary information detailed is pro-rated to reflect the ‘take home’ pay for the successful candidate.
The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis from January 2025.
