We are seeking an IT User Support Technician to join our central IT Team. Based in Leeds you will be providing practical support to staff and students, across a range of systems and hardware ensuring that the educational needs of students are met. You will support all users in best practice utilisation of IT resources to fulfil their roles.
This role may require you to travel between sites to support other schools within the trust, so a full driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes is essential. Mileage expenses will be paid.
What we need:
- Driving licence and own transport
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Proficient use of technology, (PC, internet, MS Office packages)
- Experience of working with IT systems, in a paid or work experience role
- Excellent working knowledge of ICT hardware use and repair

As this is a trust role, the successful candidate will work across the trust as required but will be predominantly based in Leeds.
