ASPIRE, GROW, SUCCEED
Are you passionate about student wellbeing, inclusion, and securing exceptional outcomes for all?
Would you like to move your career to the next level and join a team who are enthusiastic, committed and talented?
If so…we want to hear from you!
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to take on a key leadership role within our Key Stage 4, supporting some of our most vulnerable learners to succeed and thrive.
Working closely with the KS4 Director and the wider pastoral teams, you will lead high-impact interventions, co-ordinate alternative provision placements, and implement strategies that improve behaviour, attendance, academic progress, and personal development. Part of this role also involves working directly with students across key stages in our alternative provision setting - the ASPIRE unit - supporting their reintegration into mainstream education through personalised, evidence-based approaches.
This is a unique opportunity to:
- Lead bespoke pastoral and academic interventions
- Work with our ASPIRE team to co-ordinate high-quality alternative provision and reintegration support
- Influence whole-school standards through training and mentoring
- Work with a dedicated team in a supportive and ambitious school community
If you are committed to making a meaningful difference and thrive on supporting young people to overcome barriers to success, we would love to hear from you.
