Health for All is seeking an Impact & Monitoring Officer. This post will lead on developing and embedding effective monitoring and evaluation to support the new Stronger Communities Project. You will play a key role in developing and generating high quality data and insight to demonstrate impact, inform decision making and strengthen the sustainability of vital, local community centres.
The Stronger Communities Project will work to strengthen and sustain local community centres, supporting them to be resilient, inclusive and responsive to local needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team and play a key role in a programme that uses evidence, data and insight to support community-led change. You will help build a clear picture of community centres run by Health for All and other organisations requiring support, tracking their impact and supporting community groups to evidence their work and value effectively.
This is a varied role where you will develop and maintain monitoring system, produce reports and create practical tools and resources which will help understanding of and demonstrating impact of community centres.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised with a strong attention to detail, confident working with data and the ability to turn data into meaningful reports. You will be passionate about community-led work and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Hours: 21 per week (Days and hours to be discussed at interview)
Contract Type: Three years
Base: South Leeds (Tenants Hall Enterprise Centre)
Salary: £24,297 per annum full time equivalent / Actual £14,578.20
