Role:
As Human Resources (HR) Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining a culture of positive people relations that is exemplary.
In this role you will have a dual reporting line to a Central HR Manager and the Leeds West Academy Business Manager.
You will provide administrative support for all aspects of HR, advising on the implementation of HR processes across the academy to ensure they are legally compliant meet our statutory responsibilities and meet our safeguarding responsibilities.
Through positive customer relations you will establish effective working relationships with all key stakeholders to ensure they are receiving an exceptional HR service. Enthusiasm, tact and a hands-on approach to problem solving and a solution focussed approach are fundamental to this role.
