HR Administrator (15 hours a week and temporary) (E6240) - Moor Allerton Hall Primary School

Moor Allerton Hall is a thriving, happy and diverse three-form entry primary school and our recently appointed, ambitious Headteacher is excited to appoint an efficient and competent HR Administrator to join our friendly school office team to deliver administrative support alongside the School Business Manager. 

The role will involve inputting staff absence daily, arranging return to work meetings, and providing admin support across the recruitment process. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate an eye for detail, professionalism and the ability to work as part of a team in a busy office.  Previous experience of school or HR admin would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.  Good IT skills are essential. 

The post is to work Monday to Friday, working 3 hours a day – preferably in the mornings.  The post will be temporary, to work 01.01.25 – 31.08.25.
