What will the role look like?

Housing Navigators work in an outreach capacity supporting people who are or have been homeless and have a history of rough sleeping.

The Navigator for this role will support a larger caseload of individuals who require lower levels of intervention and present reduced risk. Using a person-centered approach, the role focuses on enabling people to strengthen their personal and social skills, build resilience, and sustain their tenancy to reduce the risk of repeat homelessness.
