Housing and Resettlement Case Worker (E7465) - Inspire North

Passionate about making a positive impact on individuals with mental health challenges? 

Do you have the skills to support mental health teams who work with individuals with Personality Disorder traits or with a complex trauma history in their journey to resettlement and recovery?  

We’re looking for someone like you to join our small and friendly Pathway Development Team.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide expert consultation and guidance to a variety of mental health services.
  • Develop and deliver workshops and training on Personality Disorder
  • Contribute to mental health forums and clinical discussions
  • Apply psychological approaches to assess and support individuals with Personality Disorder traits.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience of working with individuals at risk of going into ‘secure’ services
  • A good working knowledge of Personality Disorder and complex trauma
  • The ability to develop and deliver psychological informed training programmes.
  • A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across Yorkshire and Humberside in your own vehicle.
