We are looking to appoint a HLTA to work throughout our school covering PPA and also within classes alongside the teacher. You will be an excellent classroom practitioner able to work with creativity, inclusion, resilience and enthusiasm, whilst expecting the highest levels of success for children. You will have a proven track record of planning, preparing and assessing lessons as well a flexible approach to changing demands. You will also be able to demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and keep the welfare of pupils and their families at the centre of your work.
