Abbey Grange is a thriving, highly successful and over-subscribed 11-18 Church of England convertor Academy which serves communities right across the city of Leeds. Our students come from all over the city to receive an education which we all work together to challenge them academically, support them pastorally and help them develop socially and spiritually. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team. Abbey Grange is part of the Abbey Multi Academy Trust.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:
- Provide comprehensive support for neurodivergent pupils, facilitate access to learning and be able to identify and mitigate barriers for pupils
- Plan and deliver evidence-based interventions competently as part of the graduated approach
- Support the SENCO with maintaining contact with parents or carers, 3rd parties or external agencies where appropriate
