Parklands Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and committed individual to join our dedicated team of staff.
This is a full-time HLTA role, providing cover across the whole school, working within both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant qualifications or experience equivalent to Level 2 (HLTA candidates must have prior HLTA experience)
- A strong passion for working with children
- A commitment to improving outcomes and life chances for all pupils
- The ability to support and challenge learners of all abilities
- Experience leading small group interventions, including booster sessions for both lower-attaining and more able pupils
- Strong Maths and English skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective behaviour management strategies
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
- A positive attitude and a good sense of humour
