At Colton, everyone works together to provide high quality teaching and learning for all of our children, through our creative, inclusive approach. 

Our carefully crafted ‘Curriculum for Life’, supports both academic and personal development, through a nurturing approach. Pupils are supported to make friends in Early Years and in Key Stage 2 pupils benefit from 1:1 iPads, providing an exciting opportunity to use technology to enhance teaching and learning!

We have an experienced, highly skilled team of teaching assistants, pastoral support staff, and specialist leads. Our senior leadership team is approachable, supportive, and committed to providing the very best education for all our children and investing in your professional development. Colleagues genuinely care and consistently support one another both formally and informally – we have 4 Mental Health First Aiders who are on hand to help our staff with
