Hours: 22.5 per week (additional hours available if required), can be either term time plus 10 days or all year round. Working hours to be agreed to suit over 3-5 days per week, within 8.30 am – 4.30 pm Mon-Thurs, Fri 8.30 am - 2.30 pm

At Pivot we believe children deserve better. In our academies we teach and support children and young people from Key Stages 2 – 5 who have been excluded from school, for whom mainstream education is simply not working, or those with an EHCP who require a specialist placement. Every day our teams do incredible work, making a huge difference to some complex and challenging children, many of whom come to us with some traumatic backgrounds.
To support the growth of Pivot, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our team.
As the Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in the smooth running of Pivot’s financial operations. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be required to support with all aspects of the purchase ledger, and to assist with other finance and administrative matters.
Pivot are able to offer a generous leave entitlement for staff of 8.2 weeks per annum including bank holidays and access to a number of benefits, including an early finish every Friday.
This role can be based at either one of our Hubs in Wakefield (WF2 7AN) or Leeds (LS14 6UF), whichever you would prefer. Whilst based at one of these hubs, occasional travel may be required to other sites as and when required.
