We are looking for someone who:
- Will champion inclusion and diversity, promoting a positive and inclusive school culture where all students feel valued and supported.
- Experience of working in KS2 essential
- Is committed to high standards of attainment and behaviour.
- Will provide high quality support and encouragement under the direction of the class teacher.
- Has a flexible and supportive approach to changing demands.
- Possesses excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
- Makaton desirable.
- Works effectively as part of a skilled team.
- First Aid Qualification is desirable or willingness to undertake a first aid qualification is essential.
