Executive Assistant to the Headteacher & Leadership Team

We are seeking an exceptional and highly organised professional to join our team in a unique, strategic administrative role at the heart of school leadership.

Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will provide high-level support while coordinating key systems including SEN administration (EHCP processes), governance and HR compliance. This is a rare opportunity to contribute directly to how a school operates and supports its most vulnerable pupils.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in school administration, SEN or leadership support
  • Can manage complex systems with accuracy and professionalism
  • Has strong communication and organisational skills
  • Understands current education priorities, including inclusion and recent national policy direction
