The governors would like to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable teaching assistant to join our dedicated, welcoming and supportive staff team to cover a maternity leave. The role is to support children in Nursery who require additional support. This is a full-time temporary post, in the first instance. The post will commence as soon as the successful candidate is able to start.


We would like to appoint a Teaching Assistant who:

  • Is a practising Catholic and/or is willing to fully support the Catholic ethos of the school.
  • Is happy to support children throughout the day, at playtime and lunch
  • Has experience of working with children in Early Years
  • Has experience of supporting children with additional needs
  • Is passionate about making a difference to children’s education and lives.
  • Is enthusiastic and willing to support the wider life of the school.
  • Is a team player who collaborates well with staff and parents.
