We are a proudly inclusive school with a richly diverse community. We welcome applicants who value diversity, equity, and belonging and who will contribute positively to an environment where every child and every family feels respected, understood, and represented.
We are looking for team members who:
- Celebrate and embrace cultural and linguistic diversity.
- Build warm, nurturing relationships with children and families.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and a child‑centred approach.
What We Offer
- A supportive, ambitious Early Years team committed to ongoing development.
- High‑quality CPD and opportunities to shape our new two‑year‑old provision.
- A collaborative, caring school culture where wellbeing and professional growth are prioritised.
- The chance to play a genuine role in building on the rapid improvements in our Early Years.
Who We’re Looking For
You will be an ideal candidate if you are:
- Enthusiastic, positive, and proactive.
- A reflective practitioner with a strong desire to keep learning.
- Able to work collaboratively and contribute to a high‑performing team.
- Passionate about improving outcomes for all children, including those with SEND.
