Early Years Leader (E4480) - Moor Allerton Hall Primary School

Moor Allerton Hall is a caring, happy, three form entry school. 

Our new and ambitious Headteacher is incredibly driven to lead the school into a new phase with the support of an exceptional Early Years Leader.  As part of a wider SLT team, including a Deputy Headteacher and three Assistant Headteachers, you will work strategically to lead and support growth during a period of change. 

The role is ideal for candidates who have a thorough understanding of Early Years’ expectations, practice, and a passion for teaching.  The role will involve teaching a Reception class and has been allocated a TLR2a to transform provision for our youngest children in school, along with dedicated leadership time out of class each week.   

You will oversee Early Years staffing to ensure school runs smoothly on a day to day basis as well as responsibilities including TA performance management and data analysis.  Your communication and liaison skills with SLT will be key, as will progression through Early Years.

The post will be full time.
