The successful candidate will be someone who:
- Is an exceptional Level 3 Early Years Educator who understands that the best classrooms are calm and purposeful, whilst offering fun, messy play to help young minds grow and make their biggest discoveries!
- Is passionate about Early Years and who can contribute to an exciting, stimulating, child-centred learning environment both indoors and outdoors.
- Can build positive relationships and communicate effectively with pupils, staff and parents.
- Is flexible, proactive and a great team player
- Is committed to promoting inclusion and helping every child to succeed.
- Has a strong knowledge of child development and early years pedagogy.
- Has experience and skills in supporting early reading and early mathematics development.
