Join our team as a Domestic Abuse Intervention Facilitator and be a crucial part of Staying Puts Early Intervention and Prevention Team. If you are dedicated to empowering individuals with the tools for resilience and building positive relationships, this role is for you!

About The role

As a Domestic Abuse Intervention Facilitator, you will work collaboratively within a small team, delivering support programs in diverse settings. Your focus will be on equipping individuals with awareness tools to achieve enduring recovery from the impact of domestic abuse. Adopting a trauma-informed approach, you will be creative and engaging in your delivery, ensuring a whole systems approach to safeguarding and support planning. This role involves close collaboration with statutory partners and charitable sectors to establish clear communication and support pathways.

Women only – ** Due to the nature of our refuges being for women only, we can only accept applications from women under schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010**

Full time, 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. £26,751 - £27,898 depending on qualifications.

Part time, 22.5 hrs per week, 3 days, £26,751 - £27,898 FTE depending on qualifications.
