You will be required to assist the Data & Information Services/Exams section in collecting, inputting and maintaining the integrity of College data. Duties will include assisting in the timely and accurate input of College data to College Information Systems, submitting information to Awarding Bodies and the regular auditing of data. 

You should possess a Level 2 or equivalent; preferably in Business Administration and have experience of inputting large volumes of data electronically and working with Microsoft packages. 

Experience within the education sector and a good understanding of College processes is desirable. Experience or understanding of examinations and FE funding rules is also preferable.
