Leeds Diocesan Learning Trust is seeking to appoint an exceptional, values-driven Director of Primary to lead school improvement across our growing family of 13 primary schools.

This is a key strategic role, working closely with the CEO and school leaders to secure high standards, strengthen leadership capacity and ensure every child can flourish. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of school improvement, system leadership and a commitment to collaboration within a values-led organisation rooted in Christian ethos.
