Job Title: Design and Technology Technician (Product, Engineering, Food & Textiles)
Grade: B1 (Actual Salary £18,911 to £19,515)
Hours: 32.5 term time only plus 10 days (8am to 3pm/8:30am to 3:30pm)
Accountable to: Subject Leader of Design and Technology
This is an extremely exciting time to be joining Leeds City Academy, one of the most rapidly improvingschools within the Leeds area and county of West Yorkshire. Role:
- You will provide a safe working environment across the Technology Curriculum in line with the ethos and expectations of the academy.
- You will also work closely within the subject taking direct responsibility for the preparation and requirements of planned lessons and teaching staff.
- You will be responsible for providing high quality technical support to staff and students within the general Technology areas; maintaining high quality teaching environments completing subject specific cleaning duties on a daily basis, general maintenance of equipment; food ordering, general administrative tasks enabling teaching staff to focus on academic duties.
