Deputy Headteacher - Long Lee Primary School
Salary: Leadership 9 - 13 dependent on experience
This post is based primarily at Long Lee Primary but may involve some working across the federation.
It will involve out of hours working from time to time.
We wish to appoint a new Deputy Headteacher to work at Long Lee Primary from September 2025.
The role will require the successful candidate to be a member of the SLT. The post holder will take a lead role on quality of education, curriculum, teaching and learning, and school improvement across school as well as having some Designated Safeguarding Lead responsibility. The role will involve some teaching responsibilities.
The candidate will definitely need to model outstanding teaching and learning whilst coaching and mentoring colleagues, there may also be times when boosting or intervention activities are required. There will be a need for the candidate to be able to deputise for the Headteacher.
